Here is the back story:

So recently a  few of the freshmen have thought of  ideas that can help improve the sustainability of the school. This would be great for the community, the school, and the earth. We have composed a list of actions that require no money such as encouraging reusable BPA-free water bottles instead of one-use paper cups,  encourage more paper-less work, recycling more,  habits of printing on 2 sides, and getting into the habit of sharing music sheets. Also we have thought of a few things that require a little bit of money such as rain water collectors for the front gardens instead of using the sprinklers, this will save money and lessen our water usage. We were also thinking that a community garden would be great for the community; it would be a great activity for the students, especially the younger ones. The garden could also contribute to Sage so that they could have some of the vegetables grown by the school. We have also thought of eliminating our waste at sporting events by buying the reusable squirt bottles for the sport teams so that more than one person can use the water bottle while still being sanitary; that way, we are not wasting so many plastic bottles. We understand that these do require money so we have thought of the idea of selling t-shirts as a fundraiser for the actions that require money. We are selling some really cool shirts for $20 (I will have a picture below) through the booster website ( that I will also attach a url for) that allows us to get some of the funds that come from the t-shirt. Our goal is to be able to sell at minimum 150 shirts, this will raise a total of $1,308 to go to our sustainability fund for the school. These are for a really great cause and they look super cool so yall should totally buy one and tell everyone else about these
